Liquid-liquid extraction process is used to recovery organics from PTA mother liquor, equipped with ADP technology. It uses PX and entrainer as the extractant, without introducing new components, could reduce material losses. By recovery treatment, the recycling rate of mother liquor can be up to 98%, the content of organics in wastewater is decreased dramatically, namely, p-toluic acid < 5.0ppm, benzoic acid < 5.0ppm, PTA < 50.0ppm.
