Process of Isoprene Production from C5 Extractive Distillation uses acetonitrile as the preferred solvent，Available of producing chemical-grade and polymer-grade isoprene simultaneously, as well as dicyclopentadiene and polymer-grade 1, 3-pentadiene, yield of isoprene can be up to 90%.
1. Reliable and accurate process simulation model to ensure the reliability of process design and inspire the enthusiasm of investor;
2. Equipped with high efficiency and anti-blocking column internals to remarkably reduce energy consumption, increase product yield, and prolong the unit operation duration;
3. By optimizing thermal dimerization reactor, enables to achieve high selectivity and high conversion of dimerization reaction, increasing yield of isoprene and dicyclopentadiene;
4. Thermal coupling, heat integration and solvent heat recovery technology, can further reduce the energy consumption.
