ADE high efficiency LLE tray is a mature technology (with granted patents), which has been applied in wide industrial units successfully.
The back-mixing flow of continuous phase on the tray and in the downcomer are eliminated by special designed structures. The interfacial contact between dispersed phase and continuous phase is strengthened, and its extractive efficiency is 50% higher than conventional sieve LLE tray.
