LCT liquid collector are mainly used to collect liquid from upper packing bed and ensure uniform vapor distribution. There are 4 types of LDT distributor/redistributor, such as chimney tray type, trough type, chevron type and wall wiper type, which are designed and supplied to meet different conditions.
1. Low pressure drop and uniform vapor distribution;
2. Leak proof;
3. Provide appropriate residence time for liquid drawing out;
4. In some case, liquid distribution function is required as well;
5. Thermal expansion should be considered for high temperature condition;
6. Reduce space occupation as much as possible.
