Zehua has rich experience in C4 Extractive Distillation to separate alkane and olefin. With acetonitrile as the solvent, the purity of butane and butane are more than 98%. The technique is a mature and reliable technique. Optimized process and operating conditions are designed to meet different feed state. 1. Proprietary process calculation model to ensure its reliability, as the engineering design basis;2. Equipped with proprietary technology of high efficiency trays to overcome the two-liquid phase problem, and improve the separation efficiency of extractive distillation column;3. The application of deep heat recovery of circulated solvent, enables to reduce the energy consumption efficiently;4. By integrating with DWC dividing-wall column technology, the energy consumption can be further reduced.
