ADV® high-performance tray (with granted patents) has fully optimized structure, contributing to the most efficient vale tray. It has been successfully applied in more than 5000 industrial columns, and the largest column diameter is 10.2m.
1. ADV® valve, bubble promoter and new connect joint structures help to eliminate dead bubbling zone on the tray;
2. New down-comer structure helps to eliminate liquid stagnant flow on the tray;
3. High tray efficiency. The actual efficiency is close to 100% in propylene fractionator, so it is especially suitable for ethylene fractionator, propylene fractionator, xylene distillation column and other precise distillation system;
