A
Tray with Antirotating Round Hole
(Pat. No. ZL99244764.X)
The new designed tray can prevent the valve rotation like
the V1 valve, and avoid valve off from the tray caused by wearing.

A
Tray with Bubbling Promoter
(Pat. No. 99244765.8)
The position of
the bubble hole is higher than the tray. So the liquid
layer on the hole is thin, the pressure head is small,
and suction area is formed at the side with holes. Thus,
the vapor easily passes through this area. This design
can also prevent leakage, provide good bubble condition,
and promote vapor liquid mass transfer. The higher liquid
height at the tray inlet can provide good liquid seal
for the downcomer, and prevent the vapor pass through
the downcomer. |

Inlay-hinged
Tray
(Pat. No. ZL00205868.5)
The new designed tray has the advantage of simple connection,
tightness and easy assemblage. The valve can be set at
the connection area, so the dead zone of mass transfer
is eliminated. With higher open rate, the efficiency and
capacity can be improved significantly. |

A
tray with Linking Area Installing Valve
(Pat. No. ZL00251063.4)
The tray with valve at connection area will provide higher
open rate, and has the advantage of elimination of mass
transfer dead zone, higher capacity and higher efficiency.

Net
Cap Tray
(Pat. No. ZL97249748.X)
The design can provide higher capacity (the up-limit of
vapor) and higher efficiency.
