The 9th Moscow international oil & gas exhibition(MIOGE-2007)
From June 26th to 29th,2007 "the ninth Moscow international oil & gas exhibition " (Mioge-2007) had been founded successfully. Our company took the position in the 1st hall. During the exhibition, many experts who are adept in the technology of refined oil, petrochemical, natural gas processing and water treatment visited our exhibit and consulted our products with enormous interest. Russian and many foreign experts showed their great interest in our products of mass transfer equipment(including tray of column, padding and tower contents and so on), and determined for further cooperations.

One of our important cooperators, Ethyl Petroleum Additives, has changed its name to Afton Chemical as of July 1st, 2004
Ethyl Petroleum Additives, Inc., the Ethyl's petroleum additive operating subsidiary, has changed its name to Afton Chemical Corporation.
Under its new name, Afton Chemical will continue the Ethyl tradition of leadership in petroleum additives used in lubricating oils and fuels. Afton Chemical technology works to burn cleaner fuels, make engines run more smoothly, and make machines last longer with a growing line of well-known brands including HiTEC®, TecGARD(TM), and Greenburn®.

Ten-Million-Ton atmospheric vacuum distillation Unit is successfully revamped (Apr.,2004)
In April 2004, West Pacific Petro-Chemical Company (WEPEC for short) completed a capacity revamp for its atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, which increased to 10 Mt/a. WEPEC's 5 Mt/a atmospheric and Vacuum Unit was started in 1996 to process sour crude. After this revamp, the processing capacity of crude oil is over 10Mt/a; all the main technical specifications were either met or achieved at better than design. The success of this project indicates significant improvement of the atmospheric vacuum distillation technology and engineering designing capability.This revamp represents our high standards, not only in an increase of capacity, but in our technology as well. Our company decided to adopt EDV (TM) high efficiency valve trays while the vessels of prefractionator (ID4800mm) and atmospheric column (ID6600mm) remained unchanged. As a result, the column capacities have been effectively doubled while achieving better separation. This is another example of the success of the EDV (TM) high efficiency valve tray in large scale refinery revamping, after being used in 6 Mt/a atmospheric column in WEPEC. |

EDV
Appraisal (Jan. 21, 2002)
Our company held the EDV Appraisal on Jan. 21, 2002, which was an appraisal
for the research and application results of the high efficient
EDV tray with experts from Beijing Science and Technology Commission,
lead by Prof. and Senior Engineer Xu Chengne, including Prof.
and Senior Engineer Mao Shumei, Prof. and Senior Engineer Wang
Songhan as Group Deputy and Chen Wenzao, Fei Weiyang, Huang
Jie, Chen Jun, Hao Xiren, Qi Hongxiang as Group Members. According
to those experts: "The EDV tray was developed to
be based on the defects of conventional tray and the advanced
experiences home and abroad. The major advantage of EDV is that
output of tower after the integrated optimistic design in the
actual operation situation can be 40% more than the current
F1 tray, 10% more in separation efficiency 30%-50% more in operation
flexibility, 10% less in pressure drop. The general specifications
have reached the advanced world level."
