Solution:

ADV valve tray for all the main fractionator and four columns:

Primary Absorber, Sponge-Absorber, Stripper, and Debutanizer

Result:

High operating flexibility: from 0.6 million tons/y to 1.4 million tons/y

Good fractionating efficiency: Temperature difference between light diesel

and raw gasoline is over -10℃
